6 common mistakes can damage the kidneys

Kidney is an important organ of the body. It works a lot like a filter. Our body secretes excess fluid.

This important organ can be crippled by some common forgetfulness. Kidney problems are not detected at the beginning. Caught when serious. So it is very important for all of us to be aware of the kidneys in advance.

Kidneys that can be crippled by forgetting-

1. Eating huge processed foods:
Most processed foods are high in sodium. And these can cause heart problems as well as damage the kidneys. The more sodium in the body, the more calcium is excreted in the urine. And as a result, there is a risk of kidney stones.

2. Uncontrolled blood pressure:
High blood pressure is harmful to our whole body. And uncontrolled high blood pressure can damage the blood vessels that lead to your kidneys.

3. Not drinking water while thirsty:
If you want to keep your kidneys healthy, you need to drink eight glasses of water throughout the day. If you do not drink water even when you are thirsty, then your body will become dehydrated, blood pressure may drop and blood flow to the kidneys may decrease. This can result in severe damage to your kidneys.

4. Taking more painkillers:
Many of us know that painkillers are harmful to the body. But you may not know that it can do as much damage as destroying your kidneys. These drugs are anti-inflammatory called NSAIDs, which include ibuprofen and aspirin. And these can act as toxins directly to the organs, reducing blood flow to the kidneys and causing scarring.

5. Eating more supplements:
Different supplements contain some vitamins, which can be harmful to our body. And the plant-based ingredient aristololic acid in the supplement can cause kidney damage.

6. Excess weight:
Being overweight can increase your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. And it can increase your risk of kidney disease. Because insulin problems in type-2 diabetes cause inflammation and sores in the kidneys.
